Space Ibiza have confirmed the legendary opening fiesta will take place on Sunday 29th May for 2011. The day and night party has always signalled the unofficial start to the season and rumoured this year, to only run for the traditional one day rather that entire weekend as had been the trend in recent seasons. The opening party always includes a huge line up across the club’s five rooms plus a temporary extension into the car park to increase the capacity to allow up to ten thousand clubbers to celebrate the start of another Ibiza season. Already DJ Carl Cox (pictured) has been confirmed as one of the many headline DJs to grace the Playa D’en Bossa Club.

Other clubs, such as DC10 with their Circo Loco party are expected to confirm Monday 30th May as their opening party and many other bars, clubs and promoters on the island are likely to follow suit capitalizing on the thousands of people flocking to the island for the Space Opening.
