Earth Festival Ibiza - This Week

The Fiesta de la Tierra otherwise known as the Earth Festival is a two-week festival consisting of several celebrations across Ibiza. It is a celebration of the Patron Saints’ of Ibiza and if on the Island during this period it’s certainly worth getting involved in one of the many Council organised events. This also includes three public holidays on the 5th, 8th and 15th Augusts when families get a chance to get together and celebrate. There are events for all ages including pop concerts, games and picnics.

This Friday 8th August there will be a special fireworks celebration by the Port of Ibiza. It’s certainly a site worth seeing, but do be warned the roads and town that night will be one big traffic jam, as if that usually isn’t the case anyway.
