Since DC10 was forced to close, temporarily last season and then completely in 2009, there has been a void on Monday afternoons. Traditionally the head strong headed for Circo Loco where they squashed onto the terrace to dance as the sun went down and warm up for the night’s main attraction - Cocoon. Since the closure other club nights have tried (and failed) to fill the gap, knowing full well there was still a desire for the Monday afternoon club-a-thon.

So it’s now over to Cocoon, who seem to be growing by the only means possible, by opening their doors earlier and encouraging people to arrive at 6pm to start their evening. For those that are brave enough to arrive at Amnesia while the Ibiza sun still shines they will be rewarded with an impressive line up from the off. Cocoon favourite and Panorama Bar regular Cassy alongside Sven take care of the terrace until the traditional opening time of midnight. Tickets will also be reduced to 45 euros before 9pm and include a drink. With talk of half price drinks before midnight in one of the islands most expensive clubs it might well just prove that Cocoon have got the recipe right yet again.
